North Anthony Area Association (NAAA) The North Anthony Area Association is the primary point of contact between local government and neighborhood residents in our coverage area. Currently our regular meetings are held the fourth Monday of odd-numbered numbered months at 7PM in the Oh Five Scoop Shop, 1937 E. State Boulevard. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
