How Do I Join? Membership Requirements You must live within the association boundaries as shown on the map on our homepage Under our current bylaws, you must pay dues of at least $5 per year, but we strongly suggest $20 due to inflation since our dues were last set in 1987 Our leadership is working on a bylaw change to remove the dues requirement, but this must be voted on by the membership, and you will still be requried to reside within the association boundaries If dues are waived in the future, you will still need to pay to receive a paper newsletter and receive certain other member benefits Advertising for commercial businesses is available separately Payments Click this link or the logo below to pay with PayPal: Why Join? Lakeside Studio, LLC Close-Out Sale

We have just learned that neighborhood business Lakeside Studio, LLC, located at 1416 North Anthony, will be closing. The owner, Barbara Flye, plans to continue doing photography; only the studio rental business is closing.
