Membership Requirements

• You must live within the association boundaries as shown on the map on our homepage
  • If you live outside our association boundaries, you may donate to us, but you will not be considered a member of the association for voting purposes
• You must pay dues of at least $20 per year
• Advertising for commercial businesses is available separately

Benefits

As a member, you will be entitled to:

• Vote for the officers, board members, and on issues before the membership at general meetings
• Petition the board for special meetings of the membership
• Receive the association newsletter in digital form to stay better informed about neighborhood events and issues

How is my money spent?

The money we collect from members is used for:

• Insurance and upkeep of non-public neighborhood improvements such as the entrance pillars on Kensington Bouleard
• Potential matching of grant money for new neighborhood improvements
• Printing the newsletter, signage for notification of meetings, and domain renewals for the association website
