A new bookstore is opening September 19th in the North Anthony area. Sunbound Books describes itself as a locally owned, independent bookstore “creating space for women’s stories’ and interests.”. The store will feature women authors and children’s books in a variety of genres, with a focus on the literary fiction, mystery/thriller, romance, memoir/biography, and travel categories.
The opening will feature new releases by popular authors Sally Rooney, Liane Moriarty, and Rainbow Rowell. Along with new books, it will also feature branded, local, and nationwide independent women-owned creator gifts and merchandise.
They plan to host community events such as book clubs, local author talks, and book launch parties. The Owner, Liz Kelpin, is a resident of “The ‘05” and is “passionate about creating this unique offering for our community.”
